Signature Roofing is now offering greener roofing solutions to help you keep your home comfortable and cut costs. A product named Polarlum, manufactured by Heat Barrier Systems Inc, is now available nationwide and is made out of "light-weight, non-woven polyester with aluminum foil."

How It Works

By placing Polarlum face down under roofs and/or pitch roofs, its properties reduce the amount of enger and heat radiating from the Sun to enter your attic and ceiling pockets.

During the summer, this products acts as a thermal barricade on roofs. During the colder seasons, it helps in diverting the cold temperatures, which helps reduce the amount of heat escaping through the walls. This product has also been tested in the United States and all results have been documented and certified by a world renowned company called Factory Mutual.
