Do I need to be home while you replace the roof?

Answer:
No. It is noisy and we recommend you make other plans or see a movie, we'll treat!

Question:
Do I need to pay a big deposit?

Answer:
No! Signature Roofing accepts no money until the job is complete and you are 100% satisfied.

Question:
Do you use nails or staples?

Answer:
We install your roof by nailed application only!

Question:
How long will it take to install the roof?

Answer:
In most cases 1-2 days, depending on the size of the home.

Question:
My insurance check has my mortgage company on it, What do I do?

Answer:
Either yourself or Signature Roofing will have to contact your mortgage co. to have the check endorsed. Most mortgage
companies will have a quick turnaround if they know the check is being sent.

Question:
What happens if it rains while you're installing my roof?

Answer:
We watch the weather very closely, we only tear off sections at a time and then reroof, we never tear off with a chance
of rain in the forecast. When we leave at night, your roof is completely water tight.

What types of aluminum products do you offer?

Answer:
We install patio covers, carports and seamless gutters.

No. As far as heat transfer inside the home, the color of the roof makes no difference.

Will you meet my Insurance adjuster?

Answer:
Yes, absolutely. It is not uncommon to meet the adjuster on the roof and go over the storm damage with them.

Will you obtain all the necessary permits?

Answer:
Yes, absolutely.

Will you tear up my yard?

Answer:
Absolutely not! We install your new roof and leave everything else the way we found it!

Will you use my favorite brand of shingles?

Answer:
Yes, of course. The shingle manufacturers are very close to one another in price and quality. If you want a certain brand, we will use it. We have access to everything.

Your prices are so low! How do I know they are correct?

Answer:
Because Signature Roofing uses a computerized analysis of your roof area for the most economical purchase of material and maximum efficiency.
