Unlike a few other contractors I was getting bids from, he didn't hound me and let me take my time deciding. The price was great. The roof replacement seems well done, we haven't had any problems and completed the job within a day. My only complaint is the cleanup. Initially I just found a couple handfuls of trash. It seemed every day I would find new nails though, and suspect they were on the roof and rolled off over time. We ended up getting 2 flat tires in our car because of it. I only got an apology and and assurance to "clean" around the house again. I would have been much more upset if it hadn't been such a great deal.
